Shipping methods and prices

Orders are delivered through Packeta and its partner network. Available options are shown at checkout according to the delivery country.

Delivery options

• Kuriér: delivery to the address by courier. The name is independent of the actual carrier; Packeta or one of its contracted partners may deliver the parcel.
• Packeta - výdajné miesta (výber po zaplatení): delivery to a pickup point or Z-BOX. You select the location after payment using the instructions shown or sent to you.

Prices are stated in euros including VAT. The final price and available options are always shown at checkout before the order is submitted. We do not deliver to Cyprus.

Delivery time

Orders are dispatched after processing. Delivery time depends on stock availability, the delivery country and the selected method. Unless otherwise stated, goods will be delivered no later than 30 days after the purchase contract is concluded.

Collecting a parcel

Collect a parcel from a pickup point or box within the period stated in the delivery service notification. An uncollected parcel may be returned to the seller.
