Shipping methods
Orders from the One by One e-shop are delivered through Zásielkovňa / Packeta and its partner network of pickup points, boxes and carriers. Available delivery options are shown at checkout according to the delivery country and the details entered in the order.
Delivery options
- Slovakia: delivery through Zásielkovňa / Packeta or its partner network according to the options available at checkout.
- Other EU countries: delivery through Zásielkovňa / Packeta or its partner carriers according to availability for the specific country.
- If you choose a pickup point or box, you will select it at checkout or according to the delivery service instructions. The delivery service will inform you about pickup by e-mail or SMS.

Prices are stated in euros including VAT. The final shipping price is always shown at checkout before the order is submitted.
Delivery time
Orders are dispatched after processing. The usual delivery time depends on stock availability, the delivery country and the selected delivery method. Unless otherwise stated for the product or in the order confirmation, the goods will be delivered no later than 30 days after the purchase contract is concluded.
Receiving the shipment
For delivery to a pickup point or box, please collect the shipment within the period stated in the delivery service notification. If the shipment is not collected, it may be returned to the seller.
